Ice cups have gradually developed from small commercial retail supply to batch industrial production and supply. Do you know what equipment is needed for the production of ice cups?
First, water treatment system. Ice cup production, like other food and beverages, requires pure and pollution-free water. This requires that during the ice making process, the water source must be drinking water and filtered before it can be used for ice making. A reliable and durable water treatment system is essential;
Second, ice maker machine. Depending on consumers' preferences, they can choose between tube ice or cube ice machines. The daily output ranges from 1 to 20 tons, and different models can be selected according to the production capacity.
Third, screening machine. After the ice cubes are produced and before filling and packaging, we recommend screening and removing the crushed ice, frozen ice and residual moisture, so as to present a perfect appearance after packaging and improve product quality and grade. It also improves the measurement accuracy of the filling and packaging process.
Fourth, fully automatic ice cup filling, sealing and capping machine. After the ice cubes are screened, they can enter the packaging process. Commonly used measurement systems use multi-head electronic scale weighing and measuring cup measurement. The multi-head scale has high accuracy, but the cost is also higher; the measuring cup system has slightly lower measurement accuracy, but the price is low, which is more cost-effective. The production capacity ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 cups per hour, and customers can choose according to their own budget and needs.

Fifth, shrink packaging equipment (optional). Since the ice cup has an outer cover, in order to prevent the outer cover from falling off during transportation and packaging, we recommend that customers choose a pillow packaging machine and a shrink oven according to their budget to shrink-wrap the ice cup. Sixth, packing system (optional). After the ice cups are filled and sealed, they need to be packed into boxes for storage. Generally, each box contains 12 or 20 cups. Customers can choose an automatic cartooning system based on their own production capacity and budget. Generally speaking, manual cartooning can match the filling speed within 4,000 cups per hour. For more than 4,000 cups, considering labor costs and production efficiency, it is recommended to choose automatic packing.
Seventh, cold storage. The packaged ice cup products need to be stored in a low-temperature environment, which requires us to equip a cold storage. The size of the cold storage can be customized. Customers can consult the manufacturer to recommend corresponding cold storage specifications based on production capacity.
